Lovely room in veggie house (live in with owner)

I have a lovely double room to let between June and the end of August 2025). The house is within about a 30 min walk of the Countess of Chester hospital and Chester station , 20 min walk to Bache station, and a 40 min walk to Chester city centre (you can go on the cycle path for part of the way) or there is a bus stop around the corner. Hoole with its lovely independent shops and restaurants is 15 minutes walk. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac, with parking on the street or on the drive if a small car. It is light and bright with stylish furniture, and an open plan living, dining and kitchen area which is fully equipped with all utensils, crockery, washing machine, microwave and freezer. There is a nice patio garden with a summerhouse and exercise bike. Bathroom and living area shared with me. There is also a downstairs loo. I would prefer a female lodger who is going out to work as I work from home myself and have to make confidential calls. I am sociable with lots of friends, go to the gym most evenings but also respect others’ privacy. I’ve made the house a lovely home and look forward to sharing it with someone clean and tidy who will take care of it as much as I do. I am sometimes away at weekends so there may be times when you have the house to yourself. There is a hanging rail and a chest of drawers in the room. There is a desk and chair too. Bills included except a £40pm contribution to council tax for non students unless you already pay it for a different property as I would lose my single person discount. Shorter let or weekday stays also negotiable. Please only contact me if you’re happy to be vegetarian in the house.
