All bedrooms have a double bed, their size reflects the price quoted. They all come furnished with a wardrobe, drawers, desk and chair (can be altered to suit your needs).

There is 700mbps super fast BT Fibre broadband, a large living room and modern kitchen including 2 sinks, dishwasher and 2 fridge freezers. There are two bathrooms/toilets.

There is also off road parking for 1-2 cars.

I also pay for a cleaner to clean communal areas.

All bills included (electricity, gas, water, broadband, TV licence & Council Tax).

It takes less than 10 mins to walk to the city centre, 15-20 mins to Chester train station, and 2 mins to the University.
