After under-going a full refurbishment of the entire home. I have decided to rent a room in this unique house to a suitable individual.
House has super fast Wi-Fi.
Two bathrooms - one of which is a wet room, the other spa design.
Outside terrace area and decking with fire pit and beautiful lighting.
Brand new bespoke Kitchen fitted with the best cookers on the market, rangemaster.
Beautiful dining room, for dinning, or completing any paperwork. Which leads nicely onto he terrace.
The house is clean and looks impressive and thats the way it will remain, hence im looking for a highly respectable individual to rent a room in such a unique property in the city centre of Chester.

I may consider a short term let, however payment would then be significantly higher and naturally in advance.

Absolutely no couples accepted.

Would suit a working person.
