The apartment is situated in an ideal location. Chester city centre is a 10 minute walk away, there are two gyms 5 minutes walking distance away, and you can walk to Hoole and Chester train station in 20 minutes. The Countess Hospital and multiple supermarkets are also close by.

I generally live a pretty chilled and quiet lifestyle so looking for someone with a similar approach :) I like to keep the apartment clean and tidy, so I need someone who will also keep it this way.
