House in Hoole

Professional with good sized house in Hoole, off street parking, large garden with hammock and shed. Currently having a utility room built so there will be two bathrooms and showers eventually.

Looking for a professional, ideally something short term to start but we can see how it goes.

I'm friendly, sociable into fitness, travel and running.

There is an attic room or my office available as a room which have built in storage, both similar sizes so we can see which is more suitable I've included pics of both.. they would be empty if someone moved in though. Also happy to help furbish if you don't have your own things.

House is a short walk to the shops in Hoole,
about 15 min walk into town
20 min walk to train station.
5 min drive to the motorway.
