Mon - Fri Double bedroom with off-suite bathroom

I have a double room available for rent on weekdays. The main bathroom would be yours exclusively as I have an en-suite in my room and there is a downstairs WC. Fresh bed linen and towels would be provided each Monday.
All bills included and Wi-Fi + sky tv. There is no tv in the bedroom currently but I’d be happy to put one on the wall if desired.
I am extremely clean and tidy and would need you to be the same. I work from home and have 2 small, friendly and non malting dogs who would cause you no bother but you do need to like dogs.
I have lived in the house from new build and kept it as new. It is on a large but quiet estate in a cul-de-sac towards the back of the estate. There is driveway parking.
There is a local pub, convenience store and supermarket/petrol station. It is a short drive to the city centre and to the North Wales Espressway and M53/56 motorways.
There is no minimum or maximum length of stay but I would ask that you give me an approximation and a decent amount of notice before the end. The same would apply from my side.
