Im looking to rent my spare double room for a while. It’s perfect for a contractor / commuter. Mon - Fri would be ideal but happy to include weekends if needed. The main bathroom is next to the room and isn’t used as I have an en-suite, and there's also a downstairs WC.

About Me:
I'm very clean and tidy and really need the same from someone staying here.
I share my home with two small, friendly, well behaved, non-shedding dogs, they won’t cause you any trouble but liking dogs is a must - they come most places with me but would sometimes be here when I’m out.
I work from home and work long hours.
I’m a happy mix of out and about with friends and family or chilling on the sofa. I don’t really drink. I’m sociable and happy to chat after work but equally happy to let you do your own thing and relax in your room - I won’t be offended.

Additional Details:
Flexible stay duration with advance notice required from both sides.

Flexible with payment options too as I know for contractors it can be uncertain.
