Double Room Available in 2-Bed House

I am looking for a housemate to move into a double room in a really nice 2 bed house in central Chester.

The house came unfurnished but I have furnished the downstairs. The available double room will be empty and clean upon the move-in date.

There is a large drive at the front and a gravel garden with seating and a shed at the back which is perfect for summer.

I am 22, female and currently working as a hotel housekeeper. I am friendly and relaxed, looking for someone who will be good company but respectful of boundaries.

I am not the landlord of this property, I'm looking for someone to share the rent.
