The flat came with white goods only, all the other furniture is mine and I'm happy to share 🤗🌟 The room to rent has a mattress and clothes hanger.
I work in retail by day and a bar at night, and spend my free time doing sports/out with friends so I'm rarely in the flat.
The lettings agency Leaders will do an employment check on you to approve earnings.
I'm pretty outgoing and love a chit chat, I just want someone sound to live with and share this awesome flat with.
