Hi there - I have a beautiful double room set in a lovely quiet rural location in Mollington (CH1), with easy access to Chester city centre - 3 miles away - perfect also for access to North Wales, the M56 and M53.

The room has been recently renovated and has a king size bed and quality furniture. It has a beautiful en suite bathroom with bath and shower. You would also have access to your own private living space with a large flat screen TV and equipped with kettle, toaster, microwave, mini-fridge, crockery and cutlery. Hyperfast gigabit broadband provided.

The rooms would be serviced weekly at the weekend for fresh bedding and a clean.

There is an off road parking space. A local gym with pool and a pub/restaurant are both a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away.

This is a quiet family home inhabited by myself and my 2 teenage children. I am a Civil Servant, working from home part of the time. Your rooms would be downstairs at the front of the property and away from the main living areas so you can expect a lot of privacy.

Would suit a professional worker/commuter who is looking for high quality accommodation and happy to respect our lovely home and be comfortable being in a family home. We are very friendly but are looking for someone who is happy to keep themselves to themselves most of the time! Guests not permitted.

Monday to Friday let or 5 days out of 7. Occasional other days available with notice and upon discussion.
