Small single room can provide new bed . Ideal for someone without much stuff as there isnt much storage but..
lower rent perhaps for someone who can help out with shelves garden so on will throw in a few meals for you when im around and leave stuff out for you. trial initially see how it goes.
lovely house full of books would suit someone easy going and doesnt mind my clutter!
Do not mind age really as long as trustworthy...Please note.. theres a downstairs toilet and basin(yours) but upstairs bathroom (mine) hence Im throwing in frfee basic gym membership so you can shower! looking for a brother /uncle type because ive a child so must be ok with nerdy science kid. great if you teach or know something they may want to learn rent reduced.. slap bang near hospital and Morrisons . all bedding and full household of stuff so just bring yourself! prefer bloke as I am the mistress of the kitchen!! will do your washing sometimes and dry. like mum or big sis sorry no smokers or unemployed really sorry.
