Room avaliable in Chester's garden quarter!

Hi,

My boyfriend recently got a new job, and consequently we have decided to leave Chester, so I need someone to take over my let. It's a lovely house with a living room, modern kitchen, garden and 2x bathrooms, in the garden quarter of Chester (10 min walk to town.) The house is currently occupied by 2 males (young professionals) and 1 female whose a fourth year student. They are quiet, clean and friendly!

The rent is £540 including all bills (includes council tax), and also a £250 deposit. For the house, you need a UK based guarantor, can move in at anytime.
