Our lovely housemate is moving out at the end of the year, and we're looking for a female young professional to take her place.
The room is a double with built-in wardrobes. Downstairs we have a shared living room and kitchen with access to a lovely garden. Parking is available for 3 cars on the driveway.
We live in a little cul-de-sac just on the edges of the Garden Quarter. It's a 15 minute walk to Chester city centre, and there's loads of amenities around - from Pure Gym and big Tesco which are a 10 minute walk away, to Telfords Warehouse and the Garden Social Coffee shop just down the road!
Both myself and Beth are young professionals, and we're very social and often go on walks into town to grab coffee or go shopping at the weekend. We also love doing craft and movie evenings as a house, and would love for you to join in!
