Silver waterfront ensuite, Student Roost, Towpath

I am moving out of my flat at the Student Roost Towpath in Chester and need a student to take over my room as I will be gone during the last term (May 1st - mid July). It is a silver, waterfront-view ensuite room and it comes with a desk, mirror, wardrobe, heating system, display shelves, bed, mattress, plenty of storage space and internet modem. It is a 7 minute walk from campus and 10 minutes to the city centre. It has a shared kitchen/living area and balcony.
