December is already paid for so you wouldn’t have to worry about that.

10 minute walk from city centre.
5 minute walk from train station.

The room available is the biggest room of the house. It’s an attic room and includes a double bed, a desk, a set of drawers and a walk in wardrobe- so plenty of storage space!
