On offer is my bronze, first floor studio flat in Granary studios. The site is situated in the centre of Chester with excellent access to local amenities and university campus buildings within a ten minute walk.

The room includes:

- Two large opening windows (most bronze rooms have just one)

- Bike Storage

In addition to the above, it's worth noting that I have lived in this room for three years and have had the most positive experience possible. The staff are all very friendly and always willing to help with any queries and the maintenance staff are always on hand to resolve any issues. I'm only moving out as a change of circumstances forces me to spend more time at home and I just haven't been living in the flat.

The room is on offer to students only and interested parties must provide valid proof of study before the contract can be signed.

The contract is paid in two instalments based on university terms, the first being £3,680 in January and the second being £2,024 in June
