The apartment is furnished to a high standard and set over three floors, with a communal roof terrace on the top floor. There is a double bedroom, with a shared lounge/dining room with a balcony area directly off the lounge.

The bedroom benefits from large windows and also has ample storage, a wall mounted TV, desk and fast broadband access.

The current two flatmates are very easy going professionals who work in the City Centre and the preferred housemate would be quiet and respectful of other's working patterns, (one of the housemates works nights as a health care professional).

The room has only become available because one the tenants has been offered a new job in a different city.

There is no parking included with the apartment, so the room would suit someone who does not have a car or already has access to a parking space.
