Double room available for a professional, friendly, tidy lodger to share my newly renovated home. Looking for someone for a few months as the house is up for sale (need to be aware of this as room will need to be kept tidy for viewings and will need to vacate when viewings are booked)
In close proximity to Airbus, Chester Hospital, the business park and Chester city centre.
The house has a modern, stylish feel with a shared living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and off-road parking.

The available room is bright and spacious, perfect for someone who wants a comfortable home environment. This is not a party house. You’ll be sharing the house with just one other person (me!) and my friendly dog, so you’ll need to be an animal lover.
