The entire home/property is very spacious, well lit and boasts an impressive south facing garden to the rear of the property on a quiet street in Saltney with fantastic connections by bus and taxi into Chester city centre and Broughton Retail Park. Bus stop 20 seconds walk from the house at the end of the street. Supermarkets, pubs and independent shops/businesses are all 5 mins away. Off street parking with no permit required.

I have a dog who is the biggest baby you’ll ever meet.
Im looking for someone reliable, working professional, smoking outside is fine. Shared living area/kitchen and bathroom, I like to keep a clean and tidy home, looking for someone who is the same.
I currently don't have WiFi as I use my phone, but can negotiate if it is needed.
