I’m renting out my lovely spare double room for a short-term let from 19th April to 19th June. This is a great option for someone looking for a clean, quiet base while working in the area – think more AirBnB style than house share.

Works full-time away from home (no WFH, sorry!)
Needs weekday accommodation or a short-term base
Is clean, respectful, and easy-going

Furnished double bedroom
Use of the main bathroom (right next to your room – not used by me)
Fresh bed linen and towels provided weekly
TV can be added to the room on request
All bills included in the rent (£150/week)

Beautiful, modern new build – kept spotless
Quiet cul-de-sac on a large, friendly estate
Downstairs WC
Shared with me and my two small, friendly, non-shedding dogs – they’re well-behaved and no trouble, but you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs

👋 A Bit About Me:
I work from home full-time and lead a busy life. Evenings are usually spent relaxing or catching up with friends/family. I’m sociable and friendly, and always up for a quick chat – but I’m not looking for a housemate or new best friend. Just someone easy to live alongside who’ll treat the place with the same care I do.

Short drive to the city centre
Easy access to A55, M53, and M56
