I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy on a bronze studio on Abbeygate Student Accommodation in Chester with a reebokers price (which is cheaper than this year) of £155 p/w from the beginning of April until August.
The Studio have a small double bed and a fully equipped kitchen with a mini fridge, microwave/oven and table. My room specifically has a Victorian ceiling and two big windows with a lot of light.
Must be a student and sign the take-over contract which ends on the 29th of August, so rent will be calculated by the day you move in until then and payment needs to be made all in once to the accommodation landlord directly (as most of student accomodations).
