Room 3 (£390pcm) is a cosy single room with a large window overlooking the rear courtyard garden. It has a single bed with quality mattress, set of drawers, desk & chair, fitted wardrobe/shelves and a sink. It is internally insulated so nice and warm.
There is a large shared kitchen (Dining table, washing machine, tumble drier, 2 cookers, 2 fridge/freezers), lounge (with 2 sofas and a tv) and a large outside courtyard garden. Shared use of 2 shower rooms / toilets.
It is in a superb central location with short walks to Chester rail station (2 minutes), Chester city centre (5 minutes) and Chester bus station (5 minutes).
Residents parking may be available at £5/month otherwise free parking after 6pm and Sundays only.
Rents include ALL BILLS and superfast fibre 80GB broadband from Zen.
