Spacious houseshare in Hoole

We are looking for someone to move into our second floor room as our current housemate is leaving, and are looking for someone to stay for at least a year. The house has three levels, the room you will be moving into would be on the second floor with one flight of stairs.
The room itself is facing the backside of the house, away from the road, which makes it a bit quieter. It is furnished with a closet, a double bed, and a dresser, please see pictures.
There is a washing machine in the kitchen, on the first floor. There is a room on the third floor, another flight up, which has been designated as the drying room for clothes. There are two bathrooms, one on the first floor next to the kitchen and one on the second floor, which would be next to your room. This has a very spacious shower. Both the bathroom and kitchen are shared, so cleaning up after yourself is expected.
Current housemates are both international, professional and training art therapists. We are both working professionals and so would prefer someone with a similar lifestyle.
The rent is a base price shared between the three of us, advertised is your portion of that. Not included in the price is Council tax, the water bill, electric/heating, and wifi, which comes out to be £100-£150, being more expensive in the colder months.
