• 3 girls and 7 boys confirmed for next year
• Everyone is friendly and sociable – housemates regularly hang out in the shared kitchen/living room
• On-street parking available outside the house

📅 Tenancy Start Date: August 17th

💸 Council tax not applicable for students (you’ll be exempt)
