Spacious loft room available to rent in a young professionals household.
Rent: £450, with bills we pay around £650 (council tax, energy, water, wifi) - although we are usually in debit with our bills so we get a couple hundred back each a year.
Social house with spacious rooms and a sizable garden which is well used in the summer. We would be looking for a friendly house mate around are age - ideally a professional but open to all.

We enjoy our sports, outdoors and the occasional trip to the pub. I (Jake) am a 23 year old process technologist and Tristan is a 24 year old environmental officer. We are relaxed and welcoming household.

The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is fully furnished. We are happy to help you source / put up beds or wardrobes before your arrival if needed.
