Hiya!
There are currently 3 girls living in the house. We all moved in not knowing each other and have become good friends! One of us is moving to Australia so we need to fill the room. We are looking for a girl aged 21-28. We all work full time so we would ideally like someone who is also working! The room available has space for a desk if you work from home. The room is unfurnished but I will be leaving a book shelf if you would like it!
The room is a double room. Downstairs we have a shared living room and kitchen with access to a lovely garden. Parking is available for 3 cars on the driveway.
We live in a little cul-de-sac just on the edges of the Garden Quarter. It's a 15 minute walk to Chester city centre, and there's loads of amenities around - from Pure Gym and big Tesco which are a 10 minute walk away, to Telfords Warehouse and the Garden Social Coffee shop just down the road!
Both Charlotte and Millie are young professionals, and we're very social and often go on walks into town to grab coffee or go shopping at the weekend. We also love doing craft and movie evenings as a house, and would love for you to join in!
