Double room near railway and bus stations

My wife and I are renting our downstairs bedroom. It is available from end of September until the end of the year. Price includes weekly cleaning of communal areas by our cleaner, utilities, council tax and super fast broadband. There is a shared lounge / diner, kitchen and shared shower room. We have a bedroom, office and lounge upstairs for our sole use. The house is within 10 minute walk from the bus and railway stations. Parking is on street using council residents permit.
