Cosy Room With Great Transport Links To Centre

A recently furnished room is available in a quiet, relaxed house. The household is usually just myself, with my grandma occasionally staying during the winter.

The room comes with some new furniture, but I’m happy to add or remove items (such as a desk) to suit your needs. I’m away some weekends, so you’ll often have the place to yourself.

All bills are included (Wi-Fi, utilities, council tax), so there are no extra costs.

Transport links are convenient, with two bus routes a short walk away that go directly to Chester University and Chester city centre. There are also local shops and takeaways within walking distance.

I’m fairly social and easy-going, but I don’t mind whether you’re quiet or outgoing—both are welcome.
