Looking for someone to take over my Silver Studio at Abbeygate Student Accommodation, Chester from October 2025 – July 2026
Students are from paying council tax. So no need for council tax band.

📍 Location: Abbeygate, Victoria Road, Chester – just a few minutes’ walk from the University of Chester and the city centre.
💷 Rent: £175 per week (all bills included)
