Room available in a house share with one female, my partner has his own property but does stay a few times a week. It's a lovely 2/3 bed terrace in a sought after postcode (Handbridge). 10 minutes walk to Chester Cross (city centre), 5 minutes drive to business park and less than 5 minutes walk to the Groves and the River Dee. On street parking outside the house and local amenities very close by, including a deli, café, Chinese takeaway , green grocer, petrol station and several bars. Train station is also within easy walking distance.

The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and shelf unit. Wireless Broadband and Sky+ included, good sized shared living room and bathroom with a power shower over the bath, instant hot water and small back paved garden (gets the sun from lunch time onwards). There is a spare room with a little additional storage space if required and a shed for a push bike.

It is not a party house at all, just a nice clean and tidy place to relax after a hard day at work.

Female professional preferred but male considered, as long as house trained, cleans up after themselves and leaves the bathroom/kitchen tidy after use.
