I’m looking to rent out a double room with its own bathroom from February 2026. The room will be fully furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, shelving unit and under bed storage. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and has a shower but no bath.
There’s off road parking and the house is about a 30 minute walk into town and 20 minutes from Hoole. There’s a shared kitchen and living room/dining room plus a back garden for summer.
I work full time and am looking for a clean, tidy lodger to share my home with. I have two cats so must be ok with this! I enjoy running, hiking and the gym. I’m happy to be social and go out for a meal or a drink sometimes, but equally happy living with someone who prefers their own space.
