Seeking female housemate for 6 months

Hi, I have a double room available in my 2-bed end-terrace house in Newton, Chester. I am looking for a quiet but sociable, clean and tidy female to share with my current housemate (33) while I travel for 6 months. Being a fairly small house it would be nice to find someone easy to get on with and who would share (veggie) meals with etc!

It's a 30 minute walk or 12 minute cycle to the city centre, very close to the Greenway and Lime Wood Fields park, with a Co-op 2 minutes walk away and only a few minutes drive to the M53. You would have a parking space on the drive, and there may be space in the shed for a bike.

The room has a double bed and bedside table, plus lots of space in built-in wardrobes. There is just the one bathroom so you would be sharing that. There is space in the garden beds for growing veggies over summer!

My current housemate is a mature student who also works as a nurse, and is a very active person who runs and climbs, so it would be nice to find someone similarly inclined. We don't have a TV but you are welcome to bring one (there is internet). If you are a big drinker this house isn't for you.

The move-in date of 14th March is slightly flexible, and the tenancy would be for 6 months. Small chance of longer if I get stuck in Canada! The rent would be £475 per month, including bills.
