(This covers the rent I’ve already paid for the full summer period — cheaper than standard rent)

As I’ve already paid the rent for the full summer period, the takeover would be £2,000 total paid upfront to me, which covers the tenancy from 1st July to 13th September.

✔️ UK guarantor required (landlord requirement)
✔️ Once approved, tenancy is transferred to you
