Light & spacious double bedroom in a well furnished, homely house in Hoole.

Short stay and Mon-Fri considered.

I'm looking to rent out my spare room, so keen to find someone down to earth, friendly and on a similar wavelength. I have a gorgeous friendly spaniel half the time, so would need to be someone who gets on well with dogs as well as people!

The house is well positioned, 20 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins from the shops and bars or Faulkner St.

- Full access to large well-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge
- Shared bathroom with bath and shower
- Log burner for the winter
- Beautiful south facing garden for the summer
- General homely vibes.
- Driveway parking shared with landlord, plenty of on street parking
- Must be ok with dogs

I'm looking for a professional female, would be amazing if we shared similar interests, but mostly someone respectful and down to earth would be great. I enjoy nature, walks, fitness, yoga, growing veg, cooking, going away in my campervan and value a grounded, healthy lifestyle.
