The contract runs from 5 September 2026 to 28 August 2027 (51 weeks).

Price: £182.00 per week (All utility bills, high-speed Wi-Fi, and contents insurance are fully included—no hidden costs!).

The Room (Room CAG-A-33):
Located on the Top Floor.
Modern, fully furnished room with a comfortable bed, large study desk, chair, and plenty of storage/wardrobe space.
Access to excellent, modern shared kitchen and bathroom facilities.
