I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a Platinum Studio at Northgate Studios in Chester.

The studio is one of the larger rooms in the building and includes:

✔ Sofa

✔ Large desk and study area
✔ Plenty of storage
✔ Modern furnishings
✔ Excellent city centre location, only a short walk from the University of Chester city campus, shops, bars and Chester train station.

Rent is £244 per week. The tenancy transfer will be completed through Student FM, so everything is done officially and securely.
