Lovely double room in 2-bed, I'm mostly away

I work away Mon - Fri, and stay in another city every other weekend.

Looking for someone mature, responsible, independent, and who treats the place like their own, because it will likely be just you most of the time. Longer-term arrangment preferable.

Location: Quiet and peaceful cul-de-sac, off-street parking, 15-20min walk to Chester city center, Bache and Chester train stations, Morrisons and Aldi supermarkets, 3 gyms, and Exton Park campus. 3min walk to access Millenium Greenway - ideal for runners and cyclists! 6min drive to Sealand Industrial estate with more gyms, shops, etc...

It is a smaller house, so expect it to be more like a nice studio. It's very private, which I like.

Utilities included (got a great deal on the wifi that we must take full advantage of! ;) )

Me: Hi, I'm Megan, languages nerd and construction worker. I studied in Chester then stayed. I live away onsite Mon - Fri and typically away every other weekend as well, staying with my long-distance boyfriend, friends, or parents. This weekend-away thing is becoming increasingly frequent. Most of my friends are in other cities or countries so I'm often away and travelling.
I'm not sure why Spareroom has locked my profile as former housemate, apologies because that is not the case.
I like to make my home a clean and beautiful environment - experimenting in interior design. I enjoy a firepit and hosting friends sometimes, but these gatherings lean more towards the boardgames & movie type of socials (quiet and tame). I have an electric piano that I can plug headphones into to not disturb.
I used to airbnb the room after my previous housemate moved city, but now it is too impractical. I'm quite ambitious and value being considerate of others.

Housemate dynamic: I am adaptable to the person. I am warm and friendly but like my own space. Because I am away most of the time, I prefer someone trustworthy and conscientious, happy and capable to clean up after themselves, and I will do the same. I will let you know the dates I expect to be home with as much advance notice as possible etc.

On the few weekends that I am around, I'm mostly doing laundry, cooking for the week, sleeping, and packing, then out at the gym or visiting friends and hiking in Wales. I'm quite a clean person and used to sharing spaces.

As it will be primarily you spending time here, I am happy to talk about adaptations you may like. I like to improve things.

Room: double loft bed. I chose this system to open up the floor space to a spacious desk and more storage, workout/stretching area. The bed is triple reinforced with solid wood and steel brackets, very stable. Comfortable mattress. There is a good amount of storage in the room. No noisy pipes. Quiet, considerate, and private neighbour. Lovely people in the street who are kind and helpful.
(If the loft bed is a problem, I am definitely open to chat. I like experimenting with interior design and understand that my taste is not to everyone's liking, perhaps I can change it with enough notice.)

If you like to work outside of the room, there is a nice space in the cabin outside. When working from home I loved being in there while looking out onto the garden.
There is a little bicycle shelter too.
