I am looking for an eligible student to take over my tenancy at Granary Studios, Chester for the 2026/27 academic year.

💷 Rent: £197.10 per week

📅 Tenancy: 19 September 2026 – 11 September 2027

🗓️ Length: 51 weeks

* Full Double bed – lots of storage
* Ensuite bathroom
* Social space – Gym access 
* Pool table and other games 

The tenancy is available due to a change in my personal circumstances.
