Highly desirable area to live and lovely house

I am looking for a professional female who wants to rent my spare double room in a nicely presented and quiet house in Handbridge. The room is fully furnished and includes built in wardrobes.

The shared areas include bathroom, large kitchen with dining table, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a living room with cosy wood burning fire and TV and outside is a small courtyard with garden furniture. Wifi is included and all bills are included in the monthly rent.

The house is within a five minute walk to town and a couple of minutes to the local shops in handbridge and is part of the conservation area and within easy reach of relaxing walks.

I am looking for a professional female who is reasonably tidy and respects the working week and other lodgers needs, in a relaxed, clean and tidy environment.

You will be sharing with professional females who like to socialise and chill in the evenings. Our house is a home!
