Room in Chester City Centre

Hi there,

I`m offering a room to rent in a largemodern flat located in Chester, 10 mins away from its downtown and nightlife area, 5 mins away from Tesco express, and for students 10 mins away from Chester Uni (all times given being walking minutes not sneaky driving ones).

The room is a large en suite, fully furnished, double room, and is available from the 30th of august.

While tidiness cleanliness and trust are mandatory in the selection of tenants, The Building and my love for my couch won`t allow any pets, and hopelessly as there isn`t a lift the flat isn`t wheelchair friendly. The double room could accommodate a couple but the price would increase in order to reflect the higher occupancy.

I am not interested in providing a hotel room, nor a short stop, so will not be renting on a nightly rate, so please don`t call me to ask the price for a week end :).
