Note:. I am offering SHORT TERM + temporary accommodation eg short break visiting the region, attending interview or conference, starting a new job in prvt house so not suitable for student's seeking house share.

The Victorian town house is just 5 mins walking distance to all city centre facilities inc main Train/Bus station, both local & city centre shops, fast food eateries restaurants & pubs, pool/gym & also situated just 10 mins drive to main motorway network. Parking: on\ off street over nite parking is widely available close by.
The single bedded study room is basic with limited storage but is clean, comfortable and cozy and has a new single IKEA bed and new firm mattress.
The bathroom has over bath shower and is newly redecorated.
Lounge is directly off the kitchen, is warm comfortable with two sofas, 40 UHD tv, blue ray etc. BB is available for.
The rear garden is quite and secure, so suitable for bike storage (or bike hire available with deposit).

NOTE: this is my HOME, NOT a house share and is currently being reorganized redecorated and reorganized throughout so it is very much a ongoing 'work in progress'.
I regret that due to age of the property, this house has NO disable access, adaptations nor facilities.
