This accommodation is in a well maintained Victorian town house within easy walking distance of the town centre and the railway station. It is close to the university and local shops, including Tesco. The bathroom, which is serviced along with other communal areas by the resident landlords, is shared with two other tenants. The other three tenants in the house have their own bathrooms and kitchens. There are laundry facilities shared with five other persons. There is no communal sitting room but the spacious room is comfortably furnished. The room contains a comfortable single bed that doubles as a couch. The stainless steel vanity unit can double as a sink if the tenant wishes to provide their own kettle and microwave to make a mini-kitchen. The shared kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate fridge for each tenant. There is a small terraced garden available and any visiting smokers can use this. The room is fully furnished and there are scenic views from the kitchen window.
