Lovely house in a great area. Large double room

My current housemate is a good friend but is off travelling so I'm on the lookout for a new housemate and friend.

I live in a really nice area of Chester, about 100 yards from the river and a short 5/10 min walk to the city centre and train station.

The house is finished to a very high standard with a large kitchen/dining room, great for entertaining and a large living room with all mod-cons.

The house consists of:

- Hall
- Downstairs loo
- Lounge
- Kitchen/Dining Room
- Utility
- Master with en-suite (my room)
- Double with built in wardrobe
- Spare room/study
- Family bathroom with shower
- Garden
- Ample parking

The house is set in very nice grounds and although close to the city is nice and quiet.

I also have a woofer, Branston and he's a Labradoodle, very very friendly and loving.

I run my own company and am looking for someone with similar (ish) interests. Good banter/chat is a big thing and so is not taking yourself too seriously.

No smokers unfortunately and no more pets thanks.
