Room to let in Christian houseshare

Christian housemate wanted, female only.
Hi, maisonette is a couple of mins walk from the city centre, 5 mins to the train station and less than 10 to the university, room has a pleasant south aspect and a 3/4 size bed, room is on the small size (12 x 6) but this is reflected in the rent. Landlord pays Council Tax , water rates and broadband so tenants pay only gas and electricity depending on usage, the other 2 tenants are female in their 20's and both christian. Property has a large kitchen with plenty of storage and worktop space, lounge is shared and of a good size. Parking permits available. I'll post photo's when available.
Reference will be required from current/last church leader.
