Student nurse looking for flatmate

£105 per week per person, providing you don't have to pay council tax, if you do we shall discuss that.
The flat is close to Chester train station.
The living area and the kitchen are all one room with a breakfast bar between them.

The room being let is not en-suite but you would get practically sole use of the bathroom as the other room has an en-suite shower room.
Bills will be included. Tv licence, water, flat maintenence, electricity, broadband and evening and weekend calls.
There is one car parking space allocated to the flat and a place to lock up bicycles.
The entrance to the car parking area has a coded gate for cars and a coded gate for pedestrians.

The room has a single bed that pulls out into a double bed if needed.

Viewings are possible and encouraged.

I am a student mental health nurse and will be in 2nd year of uni. Therefore I am looking for someone not too noisey so that during placement months I can get a decent amout of sleep.
