The rent is currently £60 per week. The rent payments include broadband and water; other bills only came to £80 in total between August and 5th January. FIRST MONTH FREE

The house is shared with 5 other male students: 4 second years and 1 first year. They're a sociable bunch, share the household chores and are interested in rugby. I'm moving out as I've decided to drop out and get a job, but the Chester lettings agency are happy to arrange viewings on my behalf for the room if you contact them via this ad.
