Double room to rent in Chester- £500 all bills inc

A lovely spacious flat in the Leadworks, 2 minutes from the train station and a 10 minute walk into Chester City centre. The tenant would have large double room and a separate bathroom to themselves. There is also an open plan kitchen, dining and living area and a balcony. I am a 24 year old working professional, I have no pets and do not smoke in the flat. Due to my current flatmate moving out this week I am keen to fill the room as soon as possible. I am only looking for someone available immediately.
