Double room to rent in modern ground floor apartment in a highly sought after area. It is a 5 minute walk to both the city centre and train station. The apartment has a large open plan living room and kitchen, and two bathrooms. The kitchen already has all essential appliances and a washing machine is also already in the apartment. It has broadband and sky. No students or people working nights, I work long hours so would need somebody who is quiet. I do have two cats, so any one with allergies or who doesn't like them obviously wouldn't be suitable. Bills would be approx £120 a month for electric, water, broadband and council tax, but this is something I would discuss if a viewing is made.
