New Build Topfloor 2 Bathrooms By Train Station

Hello all that happen to read this bit. We are new to chester and are a quiet couple who have a spare room in this two bed apartment within 3 mins walk to either train station or town centre of chester. The apartment is very quiet during the night and we are keen on someone who is rather quiet themselves during sleeping hours. We have wifi and tv package along with a new 55inch HD active 3d tv in the living area. Also kitchen as washer, kettle, coffee maker, food steamer, toasty maker, food processor, healthy food grill, air fryer, and of course cooker oven grill. There is two bathrooms one with a power shower and other with a bath both with toilets feel free to use which ever you please. We always keep the apartment cleaned right through top to bottom. We are very rarely in during the days and evenings from 9am to 8-10pm so most times would feel like your living alone. Regarding references, must be in work as wont accept dss due to a bad experience at a previous apartment in nantwich with a house buddy. Regarding deposit i shall not require one as will only let someone move in i deem no risk. Id prefer it that way than having a deposit and taking a risk with someone who i aint keen on, plus the money better in your own pocket than sitting around doing nothing. So if this seems the ideal location for you in a quiet apartment clean and tidy wifi and tv package then be nice hear from you. (Regarding smoking is ok as long its outside the building my partner smokes outside the building as i hate the smell of it horrible yuk lol) Thanks adrian
