Room to let in 3 bedroom house in town center

Double room with single bed, and single room in a 3 bedroom house 5 minutes walk from the town center. Use of shared bathroom, kitchen (with a dishwasher), living room and dining room. No parking with the house but I lived there for 2 years and never had any problems getting parked in the next road (1-2 mins walk). Convenient for the university, but we would prefer no students unless you are an unusually tidy one! Room is fully furnished.
