City centre spacious room in apartment.

Great opportunity to live in the heart of the city literally with it in your doorstep as the apartment is tucked away in the rows. Easy to get to everything you need, but quiet enough for own peace.
Room is a spacious double and furnished. All bills included. I am a busy professional so require someone clean, tidy and respectful of early starts and would ideally like someone the same. I am friendly and laid back but just need sleep!
There is no on street parking available but you can apply for a permit with the council. No couples please.
